Welcome to Jen's Daycare, where sunshine and smiles abound! Nestled in the heart of Visitacion Valley in San Francisco, our cozy little spot is designed just for your little ones, creating a warm and nurturing atmosphere.
Here, we believe that every giggle and every new friendship is a stepping stone to growth! Our focus is on providing a safe, family-like environment where children aged 1 to 3 can thrive. Through immersive play and creative exploration, we aim to make their first experiences with peers joyful and memorable.
Every day is filled with fun activities that not only enhance social and motor skills but also incorporate lots of learning into the mix! Jen’s Daycare is dedicated to fostering happiness and curiosity.

Get to
know Jen
Jen has been caring for and teaching young children in various capacities for over 20 years.
She lives with her wife and their two kids: 11-year-old Milan and 8-year-old Marlow. Jen truly enjoys nurturing and educating young children, which inspired her to become an elementary school teacher in San Francisco public schools and to open her own daycare, where she strives to provide the best environment for her students.
In her free time, she loves hiking, climbing, reading, visiting museums, drawing, and singing. Jen is a native English speaker and also speaks French.

SCHEDULE
Every day from 9 am to 5 pm.
9am: Drop off and greetings
9:10am: Activity time in playroom
10am: Hand washing and bathroom/diapering
10:15am: Snack time
10:30am: Arts and crafts
11:00am: Outdoor play (Weather permitting)
11:45am: Hand washing and bathroom/diapering
12:00pm: Healthy lunch provided
12:45pm: Bathroom/Diaper changing *Half-Day Pick-Up*August 2025
1pm: Transition time (story, soft music, relaxation)
1:15pm: Nap time / Quiet time
3pm: Hand washing and bathroom/diapering
3:15pm: Snack time
3:30pm: Group activity (music, yoga, dance, story...)
3:45pm: Outdoor play (Weather permitting)
4:45pm: Free play and getting ready for pick-up
Our schedule is routine but also flexible and responsive to children's individual needs.

TUITION
Tuition is charged monthly and includes healthy, mostly organic snacks and lunches.
5 days per week - $2000 / Half Days - $1000
4 days per week - $1650 / Half Days - $825
3 days per week - $1300 / Half Days - $650
2 days per week - $925 / Half Days - $462
1 day per week - $500
*Half-Days 9 am -12:30 pm Coming in 08/2025*
Drop-in care, when available, is $18 per hour.
An annual, non-refundable $100 registration and materials fee is due at enrollment.

Location
We are located in Visitacion Valley, one of the sunniest neighborhoods in San Francisco, near the the south eastern border of beautiful McLaren Park.
The nice weather allows us to enjoy lots of time outside!
Our location offers easy access to both the 101 and 280 freeways. It is just a short drive from many neighborhoods, including Bernal Heights, Excelsior, Crocker Amazon, Glen Park, Portola, Bayview and Silver Terrace.
